Assignment 6


The area the eye is first led to is the pointy weed things! I'm not sure what they are to be honest but they looked pretty cool! You see many different textures in it with the pointy things, the different sizes of leaves and also the occasional grass that was blown into the pile.
The picture contains different sizes and types of leaves, as well as some grass strings, and also some very pointy weed balls. The natural color of the textures was obviously different colors of green and brown, however I though the septia shade made it look more interesting.
The sharpness of the photo is very good considering there is just a bunch of things bundeled up next to eachother from the wind! This pile was blown into a corn of a parking lot against the curb.
This particular picture does not tell any story for me, which is a rarity! I would probably call it "thorns".
This picture really cannot be tied together with any of Richard Serra's drawings, maybe the circles of the weeds but nothing other than that.
